Pikes Peak State Park sits on the bluffs above the Mississippi near McGregor. For the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, we repaired a stone retaining wall in the park at 32264 Pikes Peak Road.

State park work is a different kind of job. Sites are remote, the terrain is steep, and access has to work around trails and visitors. Repairs have to suit the setting, too.

We completed stone repair and caulking on the retaining wall so it keeps doing its job holding back the hillside.
