Market:

Madison Elementary School at 1820 1st Avenue is part of the Muscatine Community School District. We completed masonry work on the school's tan brick walls, including the wall where it meets the roof.

The wall-to-roof transition is one of the most common leak points on any building. It's where flashing, roofing and masonry all come together, and if any one of them fails, water finds its way inside.

Getting that detail right keeps water out of classrooms and keeps the district from chasing interior leaks.

This is the kind of work we do on schools and campuses in Muscatine.
