Luther Terrace Condominiums at 1814 E. 38th Street Court in Davenport had cracking in two of the places masonry tends to crack first: at the brick corners and at grade, where stone meets the block below it.

Corners and transitions between materials are where a building moves, and where different materials expand and contract at different rates. Left alone, those cracks grow and let water in behind the masonry.

Over two seasons we repaired the cracked masonry, tuckpointed and cleaned the buildings, working from boom lifts. Catching cracks while they're small keeps the fix small, and it keeps the homeowners association's budget predictable.
