Meet Richard Copley

I've been with TNT for over a decade now. I came on in my early 20s — I was framing residential houses at the time — and started out as a laborer. Worked my way up from there, and now I'm one of the foremen.

Some of my favorite parts about working at TNT are the variety of jobs we get to do and how much Josh provides and supports us in learning and excelling. That's really what made the difference for me as I came up through the ranks — there was always something new to learn, and Josh pushed us to get better.

The Fort Atkinson job really stands out to me. That was the first time I got to relay stone on such a large scale, and the fact that it's such a historic place made it a very unique project. Jobs like that are why I love what I do.

As for how I ended up here — the job kind of just fell into my lap through a job outsourcing company, and the rest is history. Josh has been very good to me, and it's a great company to work for.

When I'm not on the jobsite, I enjoy fishing, hunting, and getting out on my boat with my family.
