Iowa City Public Library

The Iowa City Public Library at 123 S. Linn Street is a downtown landmark with a stone main facade and corner tower.

We cleaned the stone facade. Over the years, dirt and pollution had settled into the stone and dulled its color. Cleaning brought back the warm tone of the stone.

Cleaning also does practical work. It shows the real condition of the masonry, so any repairs needed down the road are easy to see and plan for.

This is the kind of work we do on public buildings in Iowa City: building cleaning.
