Building on a Foundation of Resilience

The start of a new year is a good time to take a hard look at reality—what worked, what didn’t, and what it took to get through the year. Like many business owners, I tend to focus on what still needs improvement and don’t always pause to recognize the discipline required to stay the course when conditions get tougher.

Looking back on 2025, one word stands out: resilient. As the economy slowed and competition increased, we narrowed our focus and doubled down on the fundamentals—doing the work the right way, standing behind our service, and staying consistent when it mattered most.That focus put us in a strong position heading into 2026. We’ve spent the past year building the systems, team, and relationships needed to support what’s ahead, and this year will be an important one for TNT Tuckpointing.
